Our Journey
Rooted in tradition. Driven by progress.
Roseway Capital’s story began in 1930 with the family-owned and operated I. Fell Building, a landmark commercial property in Bloomington, Indiana. What started as a single building has grown over four generations into a diversified real estate investment and management firm built on integrity, stewardship, and long-term vision.
In 2012, fourth-generation family member Scott Caulfield took over ownership and management of The Fell Company, planting the seeds for what would become Roseway Capital. Guided by a commitment to sustainable growth and community value, the firm has since expanded to include Lean on Me Properties and Arbutus Properties under its management portfolio.
Today, Roseway Capital oversees more than $16 million in assets across 10 Indiana counties, managing a diverse range of property types including:
30 Single-Family Homes
6 Duplexes
3 Multi-Tenant Commercial Buildings
1 Industrial Warehouse
3 Storage / Garage Units
2 Multi-Tenant Buildings
From its humble beginnings in Bloomington to its statewide presence today, Roseway Capital continues to deliver stable, consistent returns for investors, proving that disciplined management and generational values remain the foundation of lasting success.
