Our Story

Our story began with the I. Fell Building, a landmark commercial property in Bloomington that helped lay the foundation for generations of real estate ownership and management. In 2012, Scott Caulfield took over ownership and management of The Fell Company and began shaping what would become Roseway Capital. Guided by a commitment to thoughtful growth and community value, the firm has continued to expand its reach and portfolio across the state.

Today, Roseway Capital oversees more than $17 million in assets across 11 Indiana counties, with a portfolio that includes single family homes, duplexes, multi tenant commercial properties, industrial space, and storage assets.
